SMART Board Troubleshooting
SMART Boards will only work after the SMART Notebook software is installed on your laptop. It will not work with desktop computers located in classrooms.
• Be sure that the SMART Notebook software has been installed from Self Service. If you open the Self Service app in your Dock, you will find it under the Teachers category.
• Make sure the SMART Board's USB cable is connected to your laptop.
• If you experience an issue, try restarting the laptop first. The LED light on the bottom right side of the SmartBoard will change from flashing green to solid green once it is connected.
