Requesting a Paid App or iBook

From a Mac

1. Open iTunes or iBooks.
2. From the Store menu, select Home or Store Home.
3. Use the search field to find the app or iBook you are requesting.
4. Click on the app or iBook to get full information on it.
5. Next to the price there is a arrow. Click the arrow and select Copy Link

6. The app will go through an approval process and if purchased will be assigned to you.

7. Paste this link into a HelpDesk request and supply justification for purchasing the app.

From an iPad

1. Open App Store or iBooks.
2. Use the search field to find the app or iBook you are requesting.
3. Tap on the app or iBook to get full information on it.
4. Tap the Share icon (top righthand corner)

5. On the Share sheet, tap Copy Link.

6. Paste this link into a HelpDesk request and supply justification for purchasing the app.

7. The app will go through an approval process and if purchased will be assigned to you.
