Creating Student Rosters with Student IDs in Excel
1. Go to PowerTeacher Pro.
2. On the left side of the screen select Reports.
3. Then select Student Roster.
4. Under the Classes* row, click on the classes you want to run the report for.
5. Click the Format Tab at the top of the screen.
6. Under the "Output" row click on the dropdown menu and select "Excel"
7. Click the Criteria Tab "Display" row, go to Student Columns
8. In the dropdown "Add Column" menu, click add on "Student Number"
9. Run the report in the lower right hand corner.
10. Go to the upper right hand corner where the bell is and click on "Report Queue".
11. Click on "Student Roster Report" which should be a hyperlink to download the excel file.
