PowerTeacher Pro - Email All Students and/or Parents In A Class

PowerTeacher - Email all parents in a class

1. Login to PowerTeacher Pro.

2. Select the class you would like to email.

3. Go to class, email class

4.  Select Student and/or Parent Emails.  You can select this entire column or select individual email addresses.  Once you are done selecting emails, click on Build List.

5.  After you build your email list in PowerTeacher, open your school email.  From PowerTeacher, highlight all the email addresses.  Copy and paste the email addresses from PowerTeacher, to the BCC, (Blind Carbon Copy) of your school email.  This is done so parents and students will not see other parents email addresses.
