PowerTeacher Pro Previous Course Grade Book Copying

Please read through the FULL document.



1. From the Staff drop-down on the website, select PowerTeacher



2. Login to Power Teacher and then launch PowerTeacher Pro from the left Navigation column



3. Click the settings icon on the left side of the screen (below Reports). Select Traditional Grade Calculations.

4. Select the settings icon at the top of the page. Select the Copy Traditional Grade Calculations.

5. In the Copy Traditional Grade Calculations window. 

From Class:

a. From the Term drop down, choose the school year you want to copy from. 

b. From the Class drop down, choose the class you want to copy.

To Class:

a. From the Term drop down, choose the current year

b. From the Class drop down, choose the course you want to copy to. (multiple course can be selected.) Then select Validate. 

6. A Summary Pop-Up screen will appear, select copy. Repeat the process for all other courses.
